Summary:

The control set for the Multimeric ADP ELISA (47-ADPHU-E01) contains undigested and Predigested Controls. The High (900-ADPHC-02), Low (900-ADPLC-01), and Serum (900-ADPSC-02) controls are lyophilized and require no further dilution or pre-treatment after reconstitution.

The Serum control may be treated as an unknown serum after reconstitution. It must be pre-treated and diluted before use. Please see the Adiponectin (Multimeric) ELISA 47-ADPHU-E01 product insert for more detailed instructions about pre-treating and diluting serum samples.
