Assays for ELISA Instrumentation
- Ultrasensitive Insulin ELISA$423.00
The Ultrasensitive Insulin ELISA quantifies the concentration of insulin protein in human serum or plasma samples. FDA Class I Device. For In Vitro Diagnostic Use.
- Only 25 µL of sample is sufficient for the assay
- Superior sensitivity of 0.135 µIU/mL
- Dynamic range of 0.15-20 µIU/mL
- Pancreatic Elastase Chemiluminescence ELISA$919.00
The ALPCO Pancreatic Elastase (PE) Chemiluminescence ELISA is a chemiluminescent immunoassay for the quantitative determination of pancreatic elastase in human stool. Pancreatic elastase (PE or PE-1) refers to a family of chymotrypsin-like elastases (CELAs), digestive proteases produced by acinar cells in the pancreas. PE is highly stable in the intestinal tract and the concentration of pancreatic elastase in stool correlates well with overall pancreatic enzyme output. Both the CELA3A and CELA3B isoforms of PE can be detected in stool and are detected by the Pancreatic Elastase Chemiluminescence ELISA from ALPCO. FDA Registered. For In Vitro Diagnostic Use.
Key features:
- User-friendly workflow featuring ready-to-use standards and controls
- Broad analytical measuring range
- Standardized to AAA-tested, stool-derived PE
- Bulk pricing available upon request
- Rodent Insulin Chemiluminescence ELISA$492.00
The STELLUX® Chemi Rodent Insulin ELISA measures the concentration of insulin protein products in mouse I, mouse II, rat I and rat II proinsulin genes. The kit has the performance characteristics and flexibility necessary to confidently measure up to 37 samples in duplicate. For Research Use Only. Not for Use in Diagnostic Procedures.
- Low sample volume of 5 µL
- Dynamic Range of 0.1-150 ng/mL
- Superior sensitivity of 0.089 ng/mL
